“Extremely Heavy-Duty Clear Coat” will protect the design and helmet against 99% of all surface scratches while also adding a beautiful very high gloss finish. This is a two-part clear that becomes almost as hard as a rock but still pliable for the plastic to bend without cracking. This is the same “Extremely Heavy-Duty Clear Coat” that car enthusiasts use over expensive auto paintings when entering their vehicles into car shows. All helmets come with one layer of semi-gloss clear coat and this additional “Extremely Heavy-Duty Clear Coat” is not necessary to add if you just want a very nice Liquid Airbrush Helmet.
Note: all helmets SHOWN WITH THE EXAMPLES of artwork have been cleared with this “Extremely Heavy-Duty Clear Coat” for display purpose only BUT THIS IS NOT INCLUDED WITH THE DESIGN PRICE. All helmets come with a basic one-part one layer semi-gloss clear coat and it does help protect and add a little gloss to the design but the difference is night and day compared to this additional clear. By adding this “Extremely Heavy-Duty Clear Coat” to the helmet design of your choice you will be getting a clear that is a minimum of 10 times thicker and at least 100 times stronger!
